Like many physicians and healthcare providers, I was trained to treat disease after it occurs. I have dedicated the last 20 years of my life re-training myself and others to think differently about the creation of health. My goal is to serve as a catalyst for change by empowering individuals to transform their lives and by empowering healthcare providers to prevent disease utilizing the wisdom of all global healing traditions – Mimi Guarneri MD

Dr. Guarneri is President (and a founder) of the AIHM, Academy of Integrative Health & Medicine – an innovative organization dedicated to engaging a global community of health professionals and health seekers in training, leadership, interprofessional collaboration, research, and advocacy.
Dr. Guarneri has incredible academic and career achievement. As described on her website (mimiguarnerimd.com): “Dr. Guarneri is Board-certified in cardiovascular disease, internal medicine, nuclear cardiology, and Integrative Holistic Medicine.
